HDFC Bank Down: All services of HDFC Bank are down, due to which users are facing a lot of problems. The bank has also sent emails to customers in this regard, although such emails are coming at the end of every week. HDFC Bank users are neither able to use internet banking nor make UPI payments.
The bank is washing its hands off the matter by sending a mail every week, but the question is, despite having such an advanced and large IT infrastructure, why are the services being shut down every week in the name of maintenance. Lakhs of customers are getting upset with this attitude of the bank. Someone has to make payment in an emergency but he is not able to do so.
