To provide convenience to the passengers, Indian Railways has decided to increase the number of general category coaches in some long distance trains. This big decision of the Railways will provide comfort to the passengers and people will be able to travel easily in the general category.
Indian Railway Alert: Indian Railways has taken a very important decision to make the journey of passengers more comfortable and to provide them convenience. Indian Railways has recently informed that the number of general category coaches will be increased in 46 long distance trains. 2 additional general category coaches will be installed in each train and in this way a total of 92 general category coaches will be installed in 46 trains. Indian Railway network is the fourth largest railway network in the world and crores of people travel in Indian Railway trains every day.
General category coaches
General category coaches are also installed in Indian Railways trains. Whenever a person does not get reservation in an emergency situation, he can travel in the train by taking a general ticket. The condition of general coaches of Indian Railways trains has always been worrying and these coaches are always overloaded with crowd. In such a situation, passengers are expected to get a lot of relief from this decision of the Railways.
