Due to which the temperature has come down. According to the Meteorological Department, it may rain in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and surrounding areas today. At the same time, the monsoon has again picked up pace in UP, due to which there is a possibility of rain at many places in Uttar Pradesh today. Clouds may rain heavily in Delhi today
There was no rain in Delhi on Thursday, due to which the humidity and heat have increased. However, the Meteorological Department has issued a forecast of rain for today i.e. Friday. According to IMD, clouds may rain heavily in some areas of Delhi today. Along with this, a warning of lightning has also been issued at some places. At the same time, the maximum temperature of Delhi today is expected to be 33 degrees and the minimum temperature is 27 degrees Celsius. Monsoon has picked up pace again in UP
Like the mountains, monsoon has picked up pace again in UP. There are many areas in the state where flood-like conditions have arisen due to heavy rains. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be torrential rains in eastern Uttar Pradesh in the next three days. At the same time, an orange alert has been issued for torrential rains in 23 districts including Gonda, Bahraich, Balrampur, Shravasti, Ayodhya for July 12 and 13. Along with this, the Meteorological Department has advised people to come out of their homes less and stay away from rivers and ponds.
Rain alert in Himachal Pradesh till July 17
Landslides have occurred at many places in Himachal Pradesh due to heavy rains. On Thursday, the Manimahesh Dal Lake road was closed due to land slide. The Meteorological Department had already issued a land slide warning in the hilly areas. The IMD has issued a ‘yellow alert’ predicting heavy rains in Shimla for today and tomorrow. Along with this, continuous rain is predicted in many areas of the state till July 17.
Chances of rain in these states today
The Meteorological Department has again issued an alert of heavy rain in many states of the country. IMD Senior Scientist Dr. Naresh Kumar said that there is a possibility of heavy rain in Konkan, Goa, Central Maharashtra and Coastal Karnataka during July 12-15. Along with this, a red alert for rain has been issued in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh. At the same time, heavy rain is predicted at different places in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim, Bihar and Arunachal Pradesh.
