Vodafone Idea (Vi) is giving 50GB bonus data to its customers with its Rs 451 postpaid plan. That is, now customers will get a total of 100GB data in this plan. Know everything in detail.
Vodafone Idea Free Data Plan: Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) is offering 50GB bonus data to customers with its Rs 451 postpaid plan. However, this is not mentioned on the website. Vi said that customers who upgrade to the “Rs 451 postpaid plan” are eligible to get 50GB extra data for free. The Rs 451 plan is now the base postpaid mobile plan for Vi users and it already has 50GB FUP (Fair Usage Policy) data bundled in for customers. This means that with the bonus data, the total data that customers get in this plan will reach 100GB. Let’s know about this plan in detail.
Details of Vi’s Rs 451 postpaid plan
TelecomTalk reported in its report that Vi’s Rs 451 postpaid plan used to be priced at Rs 401 earlier. This is currently the most affordable or base postpaid mobile recharge for Vi users. This plan includes unlimited voice calling, 3000 SMS per month, 50GB FUP data with 200GB rollover capacity and many additional benefits. Additional benefits include Vi Games, SunNXT, Disney+ Hotstar (Mobile only), SonyLIV (Mobile only), EaseMyTrip discounts and Norton.
Except for VI Games, you can choose only one OTT from the mentioned benefits. Customers of this plan can use unlimited data from 12 pm to 6 am. (Note- Tax is not included in the plan price at present, but 18% GST will be added to the final bill.)
This plan is currently giving 50GB bonus data to the customers. The company has shared this through a push notification on the VI app. Since the banner talks about upgrading to the Rs 451 plan, it is not clear whether this is only for existing VI prepaid customers or for new users as well.
