Edelweiss Mutual Fund NFO: Asset management company Edelweiss Mutual Fund has launched a new sectoral/thematic fund in the equity category. Subscription for Edelweiss MF’s new scheme Edelweiss Business Cycle Fund has opened from July 9. The NFO will close on July 23, 2024. It is an open-ended scheme. The asset management company says that this scheme can be helpful in long term capital appreciation.
Investment starts from ₹5,000
The asset management company says that you can invest in Edelweiss Business Cycle Fund with a minimum of Rs 5000 and thereafter in multiples of Rs 1. This scheme is benchmarked against NIFTY 500 Total Return Index. The fund manager of the scheme is Bhavesh Jain.

The mutual fund house says that this fund can be strong in capital appreciation in the long term. The investing approach in Edelweiss Business Cycle Fund is to create three baskets of quality, growth and value stocks. Its portfolio will be diversified. Each basket will have the stocks with the highest momentum. In this way, a diversified portfolio of 50-60 stocks will be prepared.
