New Criminal Laws: UP Police organized a program regarding the three new laws being implemented across the country from July 1, in which all the policemen were given information about it. After the implementation of the new law, the entire process from the case to the court’s decision will be online. Not only this, India will also become a country using technology in the criminal justice system.
Not only this, the victims who make rounds from the police station to the court will also get freedom from the maze of dates. Under the new law, timely action will be fixed for all the institutions related to the justice process and accountability will also be fixed in case of non-action. Under this, a time limit has also been fixed for action in 35 criminal sections, so that the system of date after date can be abolished.
