This will lead to a record-breaking increase in the basic salary of employees. A new Pay Commission is formed every ten years.
Earlier, it was formed in the year 2014, which was implemented in the year 2016. This brought a lot of enthusiasm on the faces of the employees. Not only this, a bumper increase was also seen in the minimum basic salary. However, whether the 8th Pay Commission will be formed or not, nothing has been said officially yet. There will be a bumper increase in DA
The Modi government at the center can give good news on dearness allowance to central employees and pensioners before the formation of the 8th Pay Commission. It is believed that the dearness allowance of the employees is expected to increase by about 4 percent. If this happens, the DA of the employees will increase to 54 percent, which will lead to a record-breaking increase in salary. Currently, employees are getting the benefit of 50 percent DA.
